Italian sizing runs narrow and roughly half a size small. If you are between sizes, or have a wide foot, take the larger size.

Dispatch. Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off go out the next dispatch day.

Delivery. United States: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Europe: 5–9 business days. A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves us.

Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout from your address. You see the exact amount before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and with all tags still attached. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.

Refunds. Issued to your original payment method once the return arrives and passes inspection. Your bank can take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days across Europe.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks and peak periods can add a few days, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have ordered.

What does shipping cost, and will I owe customs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order. You see the exact amount before you confirm payment, and nothing is added afterwards.

Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. For most orders inside the United States and within the European Union no additional charge applies.

How do I choose the right size?

Designer sizing moves a lot between houses and between categories — a 42 in one label is not a 42 in another. Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific piece, and the size guide converts between US, UK and EU.

If you are between sizes, send us the piece you are looking at and your usual size and we will tell you which one to take.

What if I need to return something?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, with the tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions — parcels sent back without them can go missing. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund your original payment method, and your bank can take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Is checkout secure, and what can I pay with?

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you get an email with a tracking number and a link.

If 48 hours have passed since that email and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you rather than sending you to do it.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change the size, correct the address, or cancel it outright. Send us your order number as quickly as you can.

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier we cannot modify it — at that point the route is a return.
