We ship to the United States and across Europe. At checkout you will see the delivery options and costs available for your address before you pay. If your country is not listed, write to us and we will tell you whether we can reach you.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days in Europe.

These are estimates, not guarantees — customs checks and peak periods can add a few days. Your tracking link is always the most accurate answer.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. You will see the exact amount before you confirm payment — nothing is added afterwards.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with a tracking number and a link. If 48 hours have passed since that email and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price shown at checkout. For most orders within the United States and the European Union no additional charge applies.

Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific piece. Designer sizing varies a lot between houses and between categories — a 42 in one label is not a 42 in another.

If you are between sizes or unsure, send us the piece you are looking at and your usual measurements and we will tell you which size to take.

Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and with all tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions — parcels returned without them can be delayed or refused.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can usually change the size, the address or cancel it entirely. Contact us as quickly as possible with your order number — once a parcel is handed to the carrier we can no longer modify it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

Our pieces arrive in small quantities and popular sizes go quickly. Restocks happen but are not guaranteed for any specific size or colour. If something has disappeared, message us and we will tell you whether more are coming.
