Dispatch

Orders are checked, packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off go out on the next dispatch day. You receive an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves us.

Delivery estimates

United States — 2–4 business days after dispatch
Europe — 5–9 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, weather and carrier backlogs during peak periods can add a few days. Your tracking link is always the most accurate answer to “where is my order”.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. The exact amount is shown before you confirm payment — nothing is added afterwards.

Customs and import duties

Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price shown at checkout. For most orders within the United States and the European Union no additional charge applies.

Tracking

If 48 hours have passed since your dispatch email and the tracking has not moved, contact us through our contact page and we will chase the carrier for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it is incorrect, tell us before the parcel is dispatched and we will change it. Once the carrier has it, we can no longer redirect the package, and a parcel returned to us for an undeliverable address is refunded minus the shipping cost.

FAQ

How do I know the piece will be right?

Every product page shows the actual piece from several angles, with the sizes available for that specific item. Zoom in before you decide — the photos are the piece, not a stock image of something similar.

If it arrives and it is not what the page showed you, you have 30 days to send it back. That is the part that matters: you are not stuck with it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days across Europe.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks and peak periods can add a few days, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have ordered.

How do I choose the right size?

Designer sizing moves a lot between houses and between categories — a 42 in one label is not a 42 in another. Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific piece, and the size guide converts between US, UK and EU.

If you are between sizes, send us the piece you are looking at and your usual size and we will tell you which one to take.

What if I need to return something?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, with the tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions — parcels sent back without them can go missing. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund your original payment method, and your bank can take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Is checkout secure, and what can I pay with?

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you get an email with a tracking number and a link.

If 48 hours have passed since that email and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you rather than sending you to do it.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change the size, correct the address, or cancel it outright. Send us your order number as quickly as you can.

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier we cannot modify it — at that point the route is a return.
