Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and with all tags still attached. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.

Refunds. Issued to your original payment method once the return arrives and passes inspection. Your bank can take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement.

Every order is checked and packed by hand before it leaves us. Your parcel contains:

• Your packing slip, with the order reference you will need for any return
