Q: Are your pieces identical to the originals?

Our pieces are 1:1 replicas , designed to closely match the original models in appearance, proportions, and visual details. “1:1” refers to this visual similarity; materials, construction, and finishes may differ. Please review each product’s photos and description to know what to expect before ordering.

By browsing or ordering from this store you agree to the terms below. We may update them at any time; the version published here at the moment you order is the one that applies.

Products and descriptions

We describe every piece as accurately as we can and photograph it under neutral light. Screens render colour differently, so the shade you see may vary slightly from the item. Measurements in our size guide are a guide, not a specification.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability can change without notice. Our stock moves quickly and in small quantities. If an item sells out between your order and our picking it, we contact you and refund that line in full.

If a price is listed in error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the wrong price. We will contact you first and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where the delivery address cannot be served, or where stock is unavailable. A refused or cancelled order is refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify’s encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and photography on this site belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the goods offered.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law in your country.

FAQ

Are your pieces identical to the originals?

Our pieces are 1:1 replicas, designed to closely match the original models in appearance, proportions, and visual details. “1:1” refers to this visual similarity; materials, construction, and finishes may differ. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 business days in the United States and 5–9 business days across Europe.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs checks and peak periods can add a few days, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have ordered.

What does shipping cost, and will I owe customs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the size of your order. You see the exact amount before you confirm payment, and nothing is added afterwards.

Customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. For most orders inside the United States and within the European Union no additional charge applies.

How do I choose the right size?

Designer sizing moves a lot between houses and between categories — a 42 in one label is not a 42 in another. Each product page lists the sizes available for that specific piece, and the size guide converts between US, UK and EU.

If you are between sizes, send us the piece you are looking at and your usual size and we will tell you which one to take.

What if I need to return something?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn, in original condition, with the tags still attached.

Write to us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions — parcels sent back without them can go missing. Once your return arrives and passes inspection we refund your original payment method, and your bank can take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Is checkout secure, and what can I pay with?

Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse you get an email with a tracking number and a link.

If 48 hours have passed since that email and the tracking has not moved, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you rather than sending you to do it.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been dispatched, we can usually change the size, correct the address, or cancel it outright. Send us your order number as quickly as you can.

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier we cannot modify it — at that point the route is a return.
